As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and highly organised Events Manager to join our team and take the lead in planning and delivering outstanding events that exceed client expectations.

Role Overview
The Events Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of events, working closely with clients, chefs, operations, and service staff to bring every event to life. You’ll manage multiple events at once — including weddings, corporate functions, product launches, and seasonal parties — ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver a variety of events across the hospitality and catering calendar.

Be the key point of contact for clients from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.

  • Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and pre-event briefings.
  • Oversee event setup and delivery on the day, ensuring all logistics and staff are in place.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve calmly under pressure during live events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all events comply with food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Monitor client feedback and lead post-event evaluations to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to design bespoke menus, floor plans, and service styles.

Person Specification
Essential:

  • Proven experience in event management within a hospitality, catering, or food service environment.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations and service styles.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident communicator with great people skills and customer focus.
  • Able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
  • Must be bilingual – Bangoli, Urdu, Panjabi
